Our therapists are credentialed internationally by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and International Behavior Analyst Organization (IBAO)

Spectrum’s therapists receive ongoing supervision from our resident Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure that they are equipped with skills needed to provide the highest quality of care to our clients. They also attend continuing education from reputable international organizations and agencies as they learn current trends and practices in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities.

Each of our client’s progress is tracked using Spectrum’s data collection system. This ensures that each client’s intervention is based on data, providing parents and stakeholders an objective insight as to the progress of the client. Parents will receive monthly updates to show progress on goals and next steps in the client’s individualized program.

Spectrum provides monthly training to parents and other family members to empower them with concrete strategies to support their child at home and the community.

To aid in the mastery and generalization of skills, Spectrum provides free materials for home use. These materials are given monthly and are based on the current goals that your child is working on.
